    MAGNUS LEADERSHIP

    2 day in-person workshop. An inspiring and life changing course that serves as a primer to building a GREAT to MAGNUS foundation. Teaches participants to adapt to rapid and volatile changes by developing techniques to improve their resiliency and anti-fragility.

    THE MAP

    The MAGNUS Accreditation Program (MAP) is designed to elevate leadership excellence through a structured and results-driven approach. Rooted in the principles of the Theory of MAGNUS, MAP provides organizations and individuals with a roadmap to enhance performance, resilience, and strategic decision-making. This accreditation ensures participants master the 11 Rings of MAGNUS, equipping them with the skills to foster a high-performance culture and lead with confidence. Whether in public safety, military, or corporate environments, MAP is the gold standard for those committed to achieving and sustaining greatness."

  • COMMAND AND STAFF Program

    COMMAND AND STAFF

    A 320-hour blended program (240 on-line, 80 residency) awards 6 hours graduate level college transfer credit. Improves leadership capability by creating more aware leaders, including intentionally deeper investments in the human domain and aligning mission and values.

    EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

    A 5-Day offsite workshop designed to build capacity and wellness of executives. This interactive workshop addresses some of the industry’s most difficult challenges, while giving opportunities to learn from internationally recognized SMEs and peers in the field.

    A transformational course designed to empower law enforcement professionals with the skills to lead at every level. Rooted in research-based leadership principles, this program enhances decision-making, communication, and team-building to foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Whether in the field or the office, officers will gain practical strategies to inspire, influence, and drive positive change within their agencies and communities.

    CULTURE DEFINES AN ORGINZATION

    A two-day workshop led by Chief Sam Spiegel, designed to help public safety leaders shape and strengthen organizational culture. Through interactive exercises and case studies, participants will learn to drive resilience, leadership, and community trust by intentionally designing a values-driven culture that fosters excellence and adaptability.

    MAGNUS COACHING CERTIFICATION

    The only ICF-accredited program for public safety professionals, equipping leaders with the skills to coach, mentor, and inspire. Graduates earn the ACC credential, mastering resilience, emotional intelligence, and leadership to drive peak performance in high-stakes environments.

  • POLICE EITHICS

    POLICE ETHICS

    A 4-hour virtual live workshop designed for law enforcement supervisors of all ranks. This course, developed with the National Institute for Ethics and National Command & Staff College, provides strategies to build accountability, integrity, and character-based policing. Participants will explore systemic corruption, ethical leadership, recruitment challenges, and the Corruption Continuum, gaining practical solutions to reinforce ethics in every aspect of law enforcement.
